Nicolas Hatton has a vast experience in advocacy, communications, Equality Diversity & Inclusion, fundraising, policy and stakeholders management, as the co-founder of NGO the3million and charity Settled and the CEO of the former until 2022.
Nicolas previously worked as a head of marketing in the private sector for over 15 years. He is also the chair of l'École Française de Bristol

Dahaba Ali Hussen is an investigative journalist with 10 years' experience in working in the media and solid skills in communications, media relations, policy and research. She also worked as the Black History Month lead for the3million between 2021 and 2023.
